  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained and most of all the animation team are the most engaging people I’ve ever met on a holiday. The food is brilliant and the entertainment at night is the best thing about the hotel at night. I would fully recommend going to this hotel as even young adults can get involved with the entertainment.

I would like to say a massive thank you to you and all your team at Crystal Bay.
We have now returned home after the most amazing holiday we have ever taken.

Your hotel is simply beautiful, very accessible with the with the wheelchair used by one of my daughters and all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional throughout our stay. I’d like to to give a special mention to Mahmoud Saad he was exceptional with us all, especially my young daughter who is 9. She took to him very well and said he was her favourite member of staff whilst on holiday. The team in the “The Restaurant” were all superb and that team is ran so well by the supervisor, the young worker in the restaurant Hassan was also fantastic member of staff and is held in the same regard as Mahmoud Saad.

A big thank you too for reserving the family swim-up room for me and my family. That was a fantastic addition to our stay. The room itself was perfect and was also easily accessible with the wheelchair.

I’d also like to mention the pool staff because again they were fantastic and worked so hard to cater not just to our needs to be those other families on holiday. The animation team was also amazing and Abdo ensured my daughter enjoyed ever moment with them. The evening entertainment ran by abdo was great for families and was filled with laugher and everyone could join in at parts too.

I will also be putting a review of your hotel on trip advisor and will input as much detail of praise and pictures as possible.

Once again, thank you so much for helping up make so many fantastic memories. We will most definitely be returning next year to spend our holiday with you all

The perfect stay
The hotel is perfect! The landscape is beautiful. So much space as the pools are so big. The bar staff and animation team are really what make the holiday, so friendly and energetic they really want to make your stay memorable and they do just that ☺️ so shout out to Joe, Jimmy, Austin and Ahmed. also the food was lovely all restaurants and buffets were great. Will be returning 🥰

Sehr schönes Hotel
Hotelanlage, Zimmer und Essen waren sehr gut. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir sind eine Woche hier gewesen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen.
Das Animations-Team war super und hat mit verschieden Aktivitäten unseren Urlaub verbessert.
Das Abendprogramm war ebenfalls abwechslungsreich.

Fantastic 2 Weeks
Stayed at this wonderful hotel in March. We had a lovely 2 weeks.
On arrival, the welcome from everyone was outstanding and this continued all through the holiday. All the staff were friendly, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble. Liked that management came round to check any issues you had and get feedback.
We had a Junior Suite overlooking the beach. Huge room. Lovely and clean. The food was the best we ever had in Egypt. Lots of choices in the buffet and excellent food and service in the other restaurants. Our favourite was the Mediterranean (Sea Bass) , the BBQ and the Indian.
Overall the hotel was lovely and would highly recommend it.

Amazing, Cant wait to return
We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights and it was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in, everywhere was constantly clean and well maintained and the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily by amazing cleaners.
The food was incredible and always something new to try in the buffet restaurant, as well as amazing service and always a welcoming smile, the a la carte restaurants were also amazing, my favourite being the greek. The food was always fresh and very fast service.
The animation team were incredible and constantly worked hard to ensure there was always something to do, always making sure everyone got involved. They were very friendly and helpful and very easy to talk to, the whole team was amazing but Ahmed, Jimmy, Joe and Arina made sure that we got involved the most and always made sure we had no issues and that we were enjoying our stay, however the whole team were amazing and seemed to truly love their jobs.
They made such an effort that we have booked to return in April and are looking to return even sooner in december for their christmas events and we cannot wait to return.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einen wunderschönen Hotel
Das Hotel ist eine Wohlfühloase! Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal achtet auf alles. Freundlichkeit und Sicherheit wird dort groß geschrieben.
Es waren sehr schöne 10 Tage Ende Juni Anfang Juli 2024.
Die Restaurants sind einfach nur sehr gut und das Essen und das Personal eine Klasse für sich. Bei dem Essen wird wirklich jeder fündig! Vegane, gedünstet, vegetarische Kost aber auch sehr gute Fleisch Qualität und eine authentische Ägyptische Küche.
Die Pools sind riesig und die kleine Bucht am Strand einfach ein Traum. Die Ligegards nehmen Ihren Job sehr ernst und die Kellner versorgen einen mit dem nötigen Kaltgetränk. Natürlich haben wir das honoriert.
Ein Traum für den Ägypten Urlaub. Einfach nur zum empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr entspannen können. Alles war einfach nur schön!

Einfach toll!
Unglaublich tolle Angebote! Viele Spiele, ein cooles Team und viel Entspannung!

Chambre et salle-de-bain vieillissantes , pour toutes animations en journée , soyez à la piscine car à la plage très peu d'anima
Pourquoi les journées cocktails et beaucoup d'autres animations sont à la piscine et non à la plage ??
Je trouve cela regrettable..
Les chambres ont un réels besoin de relooking surtout la douche où es joints ont un grand besoin d'être refait , je suis tombé une fois en sortant de la douche car de l'eau était passée par les joints et il y avait de l'eau au niveau de la porte de la salle-de-bain..
Ma chute aurait pu être bien plus grave..

c'est le meilleur hotel d hurghada le personnel exceptionnel l ambiance rien à dire je vais deux fois par an c'est ma deuxième famille je n'irai pas ailleurs vous avez un buffet exceptionnel grace à une chef très compétant et à l'écoute et pour la direction de l'hotel ils feront le maxi pour vous satisfaire

C’est si facile ,à tort ou à raison ,de critiquer un établissement de vacances , mais dans cet hôtel,sans cesse en évolution positive,règne une impression de résidence secondaire enfin retrouvée ! C’est pour ces raisons que nous y retournons; une réception acueuillante francophone, la chambre est propre,bien nettoyée journellement,les piscines sont chauffées,un service de boissons diverses servies sur place toute la journée ,restauration de qualité (leManohar restaurant indien est excellent),enfin un staff pro aux petits soins ,tous très gentils !merci à Ahmed Elminiawi et à Tarez tellement efficace au restaurant.
Bravo au Général Manager qui a fait de Crystal Bay , un hôtel incontournable à Hurghada.

Nous sommes venu 12 jours en famille. 12 jours de bonheur avec un personnel extraordinaire 😘😘😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤
Le service et les animateurs sont vraiment au top dans l’hôtel, nous recommandons fortement BLUE Crystal , tout est parfait.

Excellent hôtel !
Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel toujours très apprécié.
Environnement très agréable : hôtel spacieux et arboré. Pas de guerre pour avoir un transat.
Les chambres sont très grandes et ont vue mer. Le ménage est effectué soigneusement.
Un soin particulier est apporté à la restauration. Il y a le restaurant buffet avec un choix impressionnant et plein de restaurants à thème que l’on peut réserver via l’application TUI Blue. Notre préférence va au restaurant indien Manouhar, vraiment délicieux.
L’hygiène est contrôlée tous les jours avec relevé de température ce qui évite les intoxications alimentaires.
Contrairement à ce qui a pu être indiqué, nous avons trouvé les cocktails délicieux et le personnel de bar très qualifié et attentif.
Un effort particulier a été mis sur les activités sportives de fitness (Step, Aqua HIIT, cross training, etc.). Les animateurs sont de véritables coach sportifs et la qualité s’en ressent énormément. Bravo à Abdou et Ibrahim pour leur dynamisme et leur professionnalisme.
L’animation et notamment Adji et Peter est très conviviale sans être lourde.
Le directeur de l’établissement Philippe est particulièrement soucieux de la qualité des prestations et à l’écoute.
Ce qui peut être pénible ce sont les avions qui survolent l’hôtel avec une certaine fréquence le WE. Mais bon, on s’y fait tant les avantages de cet hôtel l’emportent.
Nous y retournerons !

Era tutto perfetto! Infrastruttura moderna, diverse piscine, spiagge belle e pulite, vasta offerta per mangiare. L'aspetto che mi ha imoressiknato maggiormente è stato il personale dell'albergo, molto gentili e prossionali.

Impresionante!
Nuestra travesía por Egipto tuvo una parada por Hurghada, en este resort, el cual nos sorprendió desde principio a fin, los servicios recibidos versus los valores pagados, superaban con creces las expectativas, la comida buffet (desayuno, almuerzo, cena) exquisito, de una variedad inigualable, las habitaciones hermosas y grandes, los restaurantes, los bares, la atención, los shows y fiestas que ofrece el hotel, espectacular!

Vorrei tanto ringraziare lo staff per la loro disponibilita a farci queste vacanze perfette
In particolare un ringraziamento per MADO , happy HENRY (grazie per averci regalato così tanti sorrisi) grazie ad Alex (te dua ) ..il team di animatori sono tutti bravissimi ad organizare ogni giorno delle diverse attiviti molto divertenti.
Un ringraziamento ad Karim e Manal sono stati molto gentili e cortesi dal primo giorno .
Il cibo era buono ci sono anche 4 ristoranti alla cart (gratuiti per il loro guest)
Nel hotel si trova anche un bravissimo fotografo che ci ha fatto delle bellissime foto ..
Mido nel sallon di beauty da un ottimo servizio abbiamo fatto un pacchetto totale di face massage con Emi una vera professionista
La pulizia ed ottima ogni giorno la camera viene pulita ogni giorno .

soggiorno fantastico
sono stata nella struttura dal 25 al 29 febbraio con mio marito e mia figlia di 16 anni, struttura internazionale di otimo livello. ero in suite, pulita e grande con balcone sul mare.
la struttura è enorme, piscina riscaldata grandissima, ottimo il ristorante (incluso ma su prenotazione mediterraneo, ancje al ristorante all inclusive si trovava sempre qualcosa da mangiare anche per i gusti difficili come il mio. Tutto il personale cordiale... dovrebbero ionserire piu' personale che parla italiano considerando che stano avedno successo i voli dall'italia di easyjet, il maitre sempre cortese e disponibile (parlava anche un po' di italiano )

Estancia de 10 noches en este hotel, tres parejas.

A nosotros nos tocó la habitación zona sur, que no da el sol, un poco antiguada, vieja, que hay que tener el aire acondicionado todo el día, sino tiene 17 grados y hace frio, ni terraza se puede estar.

A mis compañeros le tocaron la habitación norte, más modernas, nuevas, y Le da el sol durante el día espléndido, que no hace falta aire condicionado, y poder tomar el sol terraza.

Los animadores muy atentos, foxy en especial el mejor, que e encontrado en todas mis estancias vacacionales.

La comida, muy buena, los cocineros muy atentos, y nos hacían la comida a nuestro gusto.

Los camareros, muy atentos en el comedores, a cojer mesa, como a ser vinos las bebidas. En la playa a cojer la amaca el camarero botella de agua o otra cosa. Muy atentos.

El servicio de habitaciones muy atentos, agua, refrescos, toallas, jabones, geles, etc.

Los dos años anteriores, fuimos al sunsise garden Beach resord, de la misma cadena, este hotel tiene agua Park y otras instalaciones que a estar en crystal bay resort no se puede visitar a ser este mejor y más caro.

El año que viene 2021, ya veremos a qué hotel iremos.

Impecable.
El hotel cumple con todo lo que esperas de un hotel de 5 estrellas, las habitaciones La comida las instalaciones todo está muy bien cuidado y atendido. Para volver sin duda. Una pena no poder disfrutar más de las instalaciones si hacer excursiones.

Estuvimos pocos dias, nos atendieron exelente no, nos falto nada. Fue exelente. Tuvimos un reclamo por una mala atencion, y hicieron todo lo posible de recompensar la situacion y lo lograron realmente nos atendieron como reyes!
